Our approach to this job was to base the logo on two contrasting fonts to reflect the two different themes in the show’s title: One font cool and elegant, the other font playful with an animalistic hint. We applied shiny gold texture to SEXY and fur to BEASTS.
We successfully won the pitch but Netflix were asked to develop the look and try a couple of other wildcard options. We stuck with the original concept but were asked to try more realistic animal textures as well as try more realistic animal textures.

Potion Pictures was asked by Lion TV to submit a creative pitch for the title design and branding of Sexy Beasts. Described as Love Island meets Masked Singer, it felt like an ideal brief for us. The tone of the show had to be cheeky, sexy, fun and cool aimed at an 18-30 audience.

Unique Netflix dating show where contestants are hidden under extensive and bizarre prosthetics, only revealing their true identities after they’ve matched.

Final Delivery of the animated sting was made in 4k, and featured the claw marks being scratched through the B. For this we used some high end hair dynamics to get the animation as realistic and impressive as possible. Alongside the titles we also delivered a whole kit of parts for the show, such as wipes, name straps and fonts for the production team to use in the edit.
